[fix] l10n ga (Irish) messages.po is marked as fuzzy

reports:

    catalog searx/translations/ga/LC_MESSAGES/messages.po is marked as fuzzy, skipping

This commit removes the ``fuzzy`` tag and BTW reverts commit 655e41f27
